Consent Terms
As part of the Road Runner America Logistics LLC’s commitment to safety, compliance, asset protection, and risk management, all company vehicles may be equipped with dash camera systems that record video:
- Outward-facing (road-facing)
- Inward-facing (cab-facing)
By signing this document, I acknowledge and agree to the following with Road Runner America Logistics LLC:
- I understand that the vehicle I operate is equipped with a dash camera system that may record video while the vehicle is in operation.
- I understand that recording may occur continuously or may be triggered by specific events (including but not limited to hard braking, sudden acceleration, collisions, safety events, or other driving behaviors).
- I acknowledge that the inward-facing camera may record my image and actvity inside the cab during vehicle operation.
- I understand that the recordings are the sole property of the Company.
- I understand that recorded data may be used for:
- Safety monitoring and coaching
- Accident investigation
- Compliance with company policies
- Insurance and legal purposes
- Protection of company assets and drivers
- I understand that recordings may be reviewed by authorized Company personnel and, if necessary, shared with insurance carriers, law enforcement, legal representatives, or regulatory authorities.
- I agree to operate the vehicle in accordance with Company safety policies and acknowledge that failure to comply may result in disciplinary action.
